Daycare is a flat daily rate and boarding is charged per night, with a higher rate on holidays. Extended care and transportation are added automatically when they apply. Start a booking and you will see the exact price for your dates before you commit.

Vaccination policy: Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella are required. Records must be up to date before drop-off. You can add vaccination records to each pet profile in My Pets.

Bring your dog's food for the stay, any medications in their original containers, and a familiar blanket or toy. Bowls, beds and treats are provided.

Standard drop-off is 8:00-10:00 AM and pick-up is 4:00-6:00 PM. Times outside those windows can be arranged and extended care is added automatically if it applies.

You can book in about two minutes: click Book Now, choose Daycare or Boarding, pick your pets and dates, and we will confirm availability right away. Every request is personally reviewed before it is approved.

You can cancel from My Bookings at no charge up to 3 days before drop-off. For refunds on paid bookings, send us a message and we will take care of it.

Payments are processed securely through Square at checkout. You can request invoices or receipts for any booking from My Bookings.

Create an account with your email to manage pets, bookings and messages. You can change your details under My Contact Details, and delete your account anytime under My Account.

We offer round-trip transportation for an additional flat fee within our service area. Tick "I need Stay Pawsitive transportation" during booking and enter your addresses and preferred times.

Yes - we administer medications exactly as instructed. Add dosage details to your pet's profile and repeat them in the special instructions when booking.
