How pricing works
We keep rates off the marketing pages so they can never get out of date. When you
start a booking:
- Choose Daycare or Boarding and the applicable rate appears instantly.
- Select your pets and dates (drop-off and pick-up date and time).
- The system checks capacity, applies holiday or extended-care charges automatically,
and shows the full breakdown.
- Add it to your basket and check out securely through Square.
Vaccinations
Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella are required. Records must be up to date before drop-off.
Cancellations
Free cancellation up to 3 days before drop-off. Later cancellations may be refunded at the owner's discretion.
